Function of the product
The heating unit heats air using the heat of hot or superheater water supplied from the external heat supply sources and is designed for air heating (including also background heating) of industrial buildings of category G and D according to SNiP 2.09.02-85, where the industrial process does not involve release of dust or explosive gases. Theair should be free of adhesive substances and fibrous materials.
The unit should be used in macroclimatic regions with moderate and cold climate (UHL) and allocation category 3 according to GOST 15150. Heat carrier temperature is not more than 180°C and pressure is not more than 1.2 MPa.
Operating principle
When the fan is operating, air is taken from the room and heated passing through the air heater. Then it is fed through rotating vanes to heated area.
Optionally the heating units are manufactured for heat carrier — steam.
