Basic heat exchangers

Function of the productBasic heat exchangers (hereafter referred to as heat exchangers) are designed as completing units for ?central air conditioners KTCZ with air capacity from 10,000 t? 25,000 m3/h.
Heat carrier is hot (superheated) water according to GOST 20955-75 at temperature not more than 180ºC and pressure not more than 1.2 MPa.
Diameter of supporting pipe should be indicated in the order.
Example: TBZ-10.10.01.16 UZ

Design and operating principleHeat exchangers consist of heat-release elements, tube sheets, covers with pipe sockets to which flanges for inlet and outlet of heat carrier.
Heat exchangers are designed in 2 versions:
1 version - the heat release element is made of steel supporting pipe 16x1.5 mm and rolling aluminium finning with outer diameter 39 mm.
2 version - the heat release element is made of steel supporting pipe 22x1.5 mm and rolling aluminium finning with outer diameter 43 mm.
Heat exchangers are designed as multipass model. Heat carrier circulation sequence is set by partitions in the cover.
Connection to heat supply system is performed using flanges.
Heat-exchanging media motion pattern is cross-flow.
Guarantee period is 12 months.
