Function of the product

The modernized bench vice is designed for fixing blanks during the benchwork.

The advantage of the new vice type is the possibility of clamping long blanks vertically and round blanks in the V-blocks of the vice body and sliding bar. Due to the modified base design the vice can be rotated by any angle, from 0° to 360°. There is an enlarged anvil on the body, and a thrust bearing on the screw simplifies the blank clamping. The adjusting screws in the body allow for setting the required clearance between the sliding bar guides and the screw support block as the screw is wearing out, the vice is supplied factory-adjusted.

The plant can manufacture non-rotatable vices (without the base) TCMH on the customer's request.
