The modernized bench vice is designed for fixing blanks during the benchwork.

The advantage of the new vice type is the possibility of clamping long blanks vertically and round blanks in the V-blocks of the vice body and sliding bar. Due to the modified base design the vice can be rotated by any angle, from 0° to 360°. There is an enlarged anvil on the body, and a thrust bearing on the screw simplifies the blank clamping. The adjusting screws in the body allow for setting the required clearance between the sliding bar guides and the screw support block as the screw is wearing out, the vice is supplied factory-adjusted.

The plant can manufacture non-rotatable vices (without the base) TCMH on the customer's request.

Hand-driven machine vice, model 7200-32 is designed for fixing blanks for machining in milling, drilling, grinding, and other machines.

A sample convention for ordering the vice: jaw width 250 mm, jaw travel length 320 mm, precision class H - vice 7200-3223 A=320 TU396131-03-02962743-94.

Basic parts material steel 35L.

Function of the product

Cylindrical bench vice (TSC-180) is designed for benchwork. The new design allows for increasing the vice hardness due to the use of central nut and cylindrical guide, allowing for applying this vice for precision operations. The offset clamping zone allows for clamping long blanks vertically. The use of a new base design provided 360° vice rotation.

On the customer's request the vice can be fitted with changeable jaws for fixing blanks made of different materials.

The basic parts mmaterial is steel or cast iron.
